When you contact us to plan an event or order services from us, we are going to need some information:

Type of event; what is it, is there a theme in mind and who is it for

Number of guests and the guest(s) of honour

What services will you definitely want, and what you're unsure of

Your budget, and any other details you think we need to know

Pricing depends on the event and details. Contact us for a quote.

We take a deposit upon booking, 50% of the quote and the remainder of the balance two weeks before the event. 

Payments can be made by e-transfer, or in person by cash, debit or credit (payments will only be refundable upon cancellation up to one week before the event and if the funds were not needed to secure non-refundable services).

We are a home based business in south east Calgary and serve Calgary and Area.

We will plan and coordinate in the Calgary area: family events from brunches to reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties, baby showers, smaller weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, retirement celebrations, celebrations of life, group or team wrap parties and are open to new ideas as well.
